If the item you're eyeing is sold out in your size, don't fret! New items can sell out quickly, but we often restock. Simply reach out to our customer care department via email, and we'll do our best to notify you when the item becomes available again. Please provide the best email address for reaching you.
Rest assured, the size shown on the website is converted into international size standards before products are made available for sale. If the size you receive differs from what you ordered, don't worry. The size we sent you is correct. Give them a try first, and if they don't fit well, you can definitely return them. Please check our return policy for details.
Minor color differences may occur due to variations in camera perspectives and lighting conditions. If the difference doesn't significantly impact the appearance or your satisfaction with the clothing, we hope you'll keep them. As compensation, we'll provide you with a promotion code for your future purchases. However, we strive to minimize such occurrences.
We are planning to prepare for the opening of our stores in the United States and Canada, but for the time being we are only selling our brand on our website!
Raw materials are shipped in from all over the world, we make sure that all materials are traceable to their source, and then they are manufactured in our US Canada factories and shipped out from the warehouse closest to you!

We process and ship orders quickly, so once the parcel is dispatched, we cannot make any changes.We only offer prints in different sizes. The color you see is the only color scheme for that design.As long as the product has not been washed or worn, you can exchange it for another color or size within 30 days.
